Workboat Reconfigurations

Island Passage

Originally designed as a vehicle ferry, she arrived as a bare, flat-deck, rusting hulk. She was shortened to fit her new classification, and totally redesigned and rebuilt over 18 months as a luxury charter vessel. The entire rebuild was completed in Nelson.

Steelwork by Challenge Marine.

Sporting a helicopter pad for easy access by her passengers,  Island Passage now cruises around New Zealand and the Pacific Islands, offering luxury and comfortable cruising.
